Based locally in Christchurch, Annie, founder of The Honest Human consultancy, has had an extensive career that brings together a comprehensive and seasoned perspective on what healthy Workplace Culture really means to a business. With a sizeable cup of People & Culture industry experience across multiple sectors, both locally and internationally, she innately understands what an intelligent workplace culture brings to the table in delivering strategy. 

Annie has also previously worked in both Executive leadership teams and Governance boards to confidently steer these teams through significant turmoil, growth, and change. Because of this industry leadership experience, Annie has the insight to understand why culture can make all the difference to an organisation's resilience, to survive fundamental change and then thrive in the new world, without any unnecessary collateral damage.
